normally. Throughout today's incident our customers experienced multiple
periods of degraded performance and intermittent unavailability. Thank you
for your patience while this was resolved.
Monitoring —
The application is largely operational again and we are seeing recovery
across affected services. We will continue to monitor closely until the
underlying issue is fully resolved.
Identified —
The cause of the disruption has been identified as an incident with one of
our upstream infrastructure providers. We are working with the provider as
they restore service.
Investigating —
We are investigating reports of intermittent application unavailability and
elevated response times. Our engineers have been notified and are actively
looking into the cause.
